We’ll be delighted to assist you and will respond as soon as possible.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer and PayPal (a fee may apply). Buyers in the UK may also pay by cheque.
We are amenable to interest free payment plans subject to the agreement of the artist. Art will be shipped out upon receipt of final payment. For full details regarding a payment plan, please contact us at contact@tamsinisles.com
Shipping and Packaging
Shipping charges vary by destination. Please contact us for shipping options to your location. We ship worldwide and predominantly use UPS and FedEx services. A signature is required upon receipt and full tracking is provided.
All taxes and duties upon arrival of the artwork in the destination country are the buyers’ responsibility.
All artwork is extremely well packaged to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. If, upon receipt, you find any art is damaged, please photograph the damage to both art and packing and contact us immediately.
Our packaging is made from recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible. Please reuse them if possible and recycle where you can’t.
Art can also be delivered in person subject to schedule. Please contact us if you would like to know if we will be attending a convention or event near you and would like to arrange collection in person.
Private Commissions
From time to time, our artists may accept private commissions. Please sign up for the mailing list or check the website for commission opportunities.
Availability
If you have a specific piece or character in mind, please let us know. We can then inform you if the artist has an upcoming piece that could be of interest to you.
Although we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, from time to time it is possible that a piece of art may have already sold. Please contact us to confirm availability and to arrange payment.
